Herman’s Croquettes is a family owned business, specialising in manufacturing high quality finger foods.
Our products are made in NSW, Australia using fresh local ingredients and made available to chefs all across the country via our foodservice distributors.
Our story goes back to the 1960’s when Dutch migrant, Herman Lightfoot, first started serving croquettes in his Sydney restaurant. In the 1970’s Herman visited Holland and came back with machinery to make his famous croquettes on a larger scale.
Today, we produce a range of croquettes and arancini that are loved by chefs and diners alike.
